CAREER COACHING | COUNSELING EXPERIENCE
Since 2000 in my private practice, I have assisted clients with in-depth career counseling focused on everything from processing past and current feelings surrounding their careers, to improving career self concepts and addressing fears, to creating manageable action plans for their career growth. I have had extensive involvement with high level corporate staff and their careers, having developed and delivered career workshops and webinars for diverse populations. I have written 1000's of resumes and cover letters and coached countless people on career related issues.
Since January 2006 I have counseled over 500 MBA students and alumni at UC Davis Graduate School of Management. I provide professional Career Counseling primarily to the Working Professional students (in the Bay Area and Sacramento) as well as to alumni. Cornerstone to my success is the remote style of counseling I have pioneered for the busy schedules of the Working Professional students: I have developed a highly effective system of counseling that takes each client through every step of the career development process including self assessments (specifically MBTI & Career Leader Assessment), resumes, cover letters, self- promotion, networking strategies, job search, interviewing and negotiations. Keeping meticulous case notes is key to effective counseling of large case loads over time, as I am working with approximately 100 students at any given time, in all stages of their career development processes.

After conducting extensive Master’s level research of Psychological Theory that included the works of Carl Jung, Alfred Adler, Carl Rogers, & Fritz Perls just to name a few, my theoretical approach to Counseling is a Humanistic mix of Existential, Person Centered, Gestalt, and Behaviorism schools of thought. REAL ESTATE / MARKETING EXPERIENCE
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent, I have nearly 2 decades experience in the private sector including marketing and high level administration for large corporations and director experience for a start up corporation. Since February 2006 I have been contracted with TRI Commercial Real Estate, executing the marketing strategy for a brokerage team where we have closed over $200 million dollars worth of multi-family transactions during this time. In August 2010 the Apartment Advisory Team sold 336 unit Sherwood Apartments in Folsom for $50,400,000 or $150,000 per unit, this Class A multi-family property sale set the highest price per unit paid for Sacramento multi-family since 2008.

In 2003-2004 I was intricately involved in the marketing and escrow process of $40 million dollars worth of commercial real estate closures at Marcus & Millichap; and in 2004-2005 I processed 125 residential transactions at Coldwell Banker & Keller Williams. My steeped real estate marketing background has afforded me strategic contacts in residential, commercial, & property management.
